Oman Corrosion and Material Innovation Summit 2025 is honored to highlight “Women in Corrosion & Industry” discussion as a cornerstone of this year’s program reflecting the growing recognition of women’s impactful and transformative roles in the field or corrosion science and industrial innovation.
The aim of this purpose-driven discussion is to acknowledge the achievements women in corrosion science and industrial backgrounds and to provide a central stage to share their experiences, challenges, highlight successes and to discuss strategies on how to increase women’s participation in leadership roles. By holding such discussions, women can inspire younger generations to pursue careers in these critical areas. These discussions also align with the global initiative to increase the representation of women in STEM fields.
As our great nation advances toward Vision 2040, this dialogue and discussions will promote and empower women to drive innovation in key sectors like oil and gas, infrastructure, engineering and renewables contributing to shaping a sustainable, inclusive and a prosperous future for Oman.
